Perkin Reveller

The new Perkin Reveller restaurant sits adjacent to the Tower of London. The restaurant takes its name from one of Chaucer's characters from the Cook's tale - Perkin enjoyed food, drink, dance and merriment. The Tower Wharf, where the restaurant stands, was built under Chaucer's supervision during his time as Clerk of the King's Works in 1392.

The restaurant has placed a high emphasis on commissioning specially bespoke items and was the first project to take ercol's new Holland Park chair. This was designed for ercol by renowned furniture designer Russell Pinch. For the Reveller we customised it by including Chaucer's shield in the back rail and by branding the name of the restaurant on the underside of the seats.
