General Terms and conditions

1.1 To be eligible, you must complete in full the registration form by using the ercol website and submitting a completed form.

1.2 The prize draw will be subject to change on a quarterly basis and will be notified on the website.  For any quarter an equivalent prize of an equivalent cash value may be offered.

1.3 Draws will be made at calendar quarter ends.  The winner will be notified within one month of the draw.

1.4 Only one entry per household is permitted.

1.5 A maximum of one prize can be won each calendar year per household.
1.6 The prize draw is only open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

1.7 The draw is not open to employees of Ercol Furniture Ltd, or immediate friends and family members.  Nor is it open to staff who are employed by retailers who stock ercol, nor their family members.

1.8 No liability will be accepted for entries lost, delayed or damaged in the post.
1.9 The winner will be drawn at random.

1.10  For details of the winner, please send a SAE to Prize Draw Results, Marketing Department, Ercol Furniture Ltd, Summerleys Road, Princes Risborough, Buckinghamshire, HP 27 9PX.

1.11 The decision of the Directors of ercol is final.
